Fine tuning / フィッティング

 

素人ながら各部の調整をしている。そんなことも楽しい一時である。

Corridaは先日サドルを変えてあげた。個人売買でとても高価で良いシートが新品で＄１５であった。今ままで付いていたサドルは座布団のようにフカフカして良かったけど、経歴劣化で表面の生地がボロボロと朽ちてきていたので丁度良い機会だと思い交換。これまでご苦労様。

I'm an amateur, but I'm adjusting various parts. Even that is a fun little moment.

I recently changed the saddle on my Corrida. I found a  the original price was very expensive on the retail price but brand new seat through a private sale for $15. The old saddle was nice and soft like a cushion, but the surface fabric had deteriorated over time, so I thought it was a good opportunity to replace it. Thank you old one.

これまでのオジサン仕様から少しは現代風になったかな？（笑）

Has it become a little more modern compared to the previous "old man" style? 😅

Nishkiの方は、ブレーキシューが古く硬くなっていたので交換。今まではShimano製のシューが入っていたけどDecathlonでお得な価格（＄６）のシューを調達。私のような者にはこれで十分。

As for the Nishki, I replaced the brake shoes because they were old and hard. I’d been using Shimano shoes up until now, but I picked up some affordable ones at Decathlon ($6). For someone like me, these are more than enough.
